Alcohol free life

I had a love/hate relationship with alcohol, that made me feel low, small, and stuck in the same old patterns. I heard a tiny inner voice tell me that alcohol was holding me back from my fullest potential. I didn’t listen for years. I didn’t think I was allowed to quit drinking, wouldn’t that make me an alcoholic?! I was a social and weekend drinker and didn’t fit a problem drinking stereotype. But I finally listened to my inner voice and tried the sober life. On the other side of fear, I have found the most incredible joy. I am euphoric. And I think you could be too. As a life and transformation coach, I want to show you how to have outpours of gratitude, presence and appreciation, more laughter and fun, amazing sleep and health, deeper connections, and most importantly, love and respect for yourself.

Quitting alcohol is not an announcement to the world that you are an alcoholic. Anyone who is not completely happy about their drinking habits has the right to try another way.
