NOgroni

I have only tried a real negroni once, but it was recently negroni week and I was inspired to concoct a pretty nonalcoholic option. This NOgroni is made with Seedlip Spice and Italian Bitter Rosso soda.  (See post on Seedlip Spice). Bitter Rosso is a red soda that has similar flavors to Campari. It is BITTER. And sweet and kinda fun. I found it on amazon.

Recipe:

3 tablespoons Seedlip Spice

1 small bottle Bitter Rosso

2 dashes angostura bitters

1 slice orange peel

Stir together first three ingredients in a glass with ice. Wipe orange peel on the glass rim and garnish.
